[BRANDING | WEB DESIGN]

OBJECTIVE

Rebrand the Museum of the Deaf, a nonprofit organization,

to introduce a more accessible visual identity. The goal is to provide

an opportunity for both Deaf and hearing individuals to learn about

the benefits of sign language for everyone, while also elevating the

stories of the Deaf community.

CONCEPT

The concept revolves around three keywords: Sign language,

Inclusivity, and Empowerment. This museum connects to the

Deaf community through sign language. It provides sign language

representation for the name as an illustration, and also includes

text so that every one can recognize it. We convey a sense of

clarity by using a sans serif typeface. The brand uses a color

palette of black, white, and red as the primary colors, following

the long standing tradition of the DE’VIA group.
